Cherry spent 5 years College instructor in Math and Science, 10 years Chemical Engineer in word class beverage company, 2 years as Business Excellence and Project Management Specialist in BPO and a graduate of Master of Science major in Management Engineering

Cherry entered as Real Estate salesperson in 2020 and formalize her education in 2022. Now, she is a Licensed Broker, Licensed Appraiser, an International Realtor Member of National Association of Realtors in USA and a graduate of Executive Diploma Program in Real Estate Management in College of St. Benilde De La Salle University.

Juvy is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Manangement and was able to gain experience as Rental Staff, Secretary and Purchaser in a constuction company prior to entering BCCS Realty and Property Management Company.

Ariane Hernando Ancheta

Ari is a graduate of Automotive Servicing NCII and has gained huge experiences as Branch Mechanic to several motorcycle dealers in the province. He is thankful that he has been part of BCCS Realty and Property Management and able to enjoy the opportunities and learnings shared by the company.

Gerald Robinion Diza

Gerald is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing but was diverted his career as Inventory and Safety Officer in a construction company in the province prior to his appointment as Marketing Specialist.
